1. Do You Buy Books Directly from a Seller?
We do not buy books directly from sellers.

2. How Do I List a Book?
On the home page, simply click on the List a Book link and fill in the form. You can also click on the Browse Wish List link to see if the books you are selling are on the Wish List.

3. How Do I Find the ISBN and Other Details of a Book?
On most books, you can find the details on the front and back cover, as well as the first few pages of the book.

4. How Should I Determine the Selling Price the Book?
You should based on the condition of the book, as well as the market price of a new book. You should not change the selling price once you have listed it. Be honest when it comes to the condition of the book.

We do not set the selling price and are unable to help you estimate the value/price of a book.

5. How Should I Determine the Shipping Fee of the Book?
You should determine it based on how you wish to ship it and the destination(s) that you are willing to ship it to. Once the seller contacts you, there can be a discussion on the type of shipping and the final shipping fee depending on what the two of you agreed on.

6. What Happens after I List the Book?
After you have submitted the listing, it will be reviewed by our team. If there are missing or inaccurate information, we email you to clarify. If there are no further issues, it will be listed on the website.

It typically takes about 1-2 working days before you can see the book(s) listed on the website. How long it takes depend on a number of factors including the number of books listed, the accuracy of the book details (such as ISBN, Author, etc). If we have clarifications to make with the seller, it may take longer. If the seller's email address is not reachable (due to wrong email address, etc), we will not list the books. Thus, it is very important that you check all the details when listing a book.

7. What Should I Do When Contacted by Prospective Buyers?
That is great news! You can respond to their email and confirm on the shipping method, shipping fee and how the payment is to be made. Once that is done, it is time to ship the book to the buyer.

8. How Do I Ship the Book?
Depending on the agreed method between the buyer and you, you can send by normal post or courier. We would encourage the use of a courier, but the choice is up to the two of you. You should ship the item within 72 hours of confirming the sale.

If you are near the buyer's location and decide to meet up in person, do remember to meet and complete the transaction in a public place, for safety reasons. For face-to-face transactions, we recommend Cash as the mode of payment.

9. What if I have many books to list?
Please contact us.

10. What type of books are acceptable for sale on this website?
We accept listings for textbooks, novels, rare books, academic books, as long as they have an ISBN. However, we have the right not to list any books that we may find unsuitable for this website. If you are not sure if your books are acceptable here, please contact us.

11. What Happens After the Transaction is Completed?
Update us via the link on the home page. If not, you may continue to receive emails from other buyers who might think that the book is still for sale.

1. How Do I Search for a Book?

2. What Do I Do When I Found the Book that I am Looking For?
After viewing the details of the book, you can send a message to the Seller via the Details page.

3. What If I Cannot Find the Book that I am Looking for?
Do not despair. You can add your book to the Wish List via the Add to Wish List link on the home page.

4. What Do I Do When the Seller Contact Me?
